Truth-Dare-Art 1 was a professional development day for artists who identify as socially engaged, which took place in October 2018. The event gathered 16 artists to reflect on their past current and future experience in the social realm, exploring the challenges of partnership, education and professional practice. Questions were raised, some were answered and opened many more.

 

Truth-Dare-Art’ invites to act and live up to your values through playful process  to invite new ways of thinking.

Participants said;

“Loved the structure of the day, with an opportunity to get out!”

 

Now is a chance to open the conversation and imagine, design or re-invent true actions with all partners involved in the process of social change.

Truth-Dare-Art 2 is a professional development opportunity for artists, educators and community organisations together, to explore how the power of relationships may define a change making practices in your field. It will seek to unearth the truth behind our actions, relationship and hard-work and better understand the ‘Good, the Bad and the Ugly’ from the perspective of each represented field (Art, Education, Cultural Sector, Community). The event hopes to define what best practice may mean while investigating our ways of being through a playful and thoughtful mode.
